Casey has been working with Little Rascals for over 3 years, gaining her qualifications through student placement and has been working in child care for over 4 years. Our team of highly qualified, dedicated staff are carefully selected for their caring, loving and fun natures.  To ensure the highest standard of care, we at Little Rascals are constantly updating training of our staff throughout the setting, from the owner to the cook.  To ensure your little rascals are cared for safely and responsibly, all our staff hold a criminal records check, first aid certificate and child protection certificate. All members of staff are Makaton trained.  Makaton is a language programme using signs and symbols to help people communicate.  Makaton is used throughout our rooms and staff are encouraged to sign with Makaton where appropriate to enhance all of the children’s skills, from babies right up to pre-school age.
